"We were very pleased with the care our family member received at WHCC. She entered the facility during the height of the COVID lockdown and the first few weeks were very difficult for all of us. The staff went above and beyond to help with the transition, but visiting on the phone or through a window isn't ideal for a person's mental health. We quickly realized that there were certain staff members that she was bonding with, talking about them as if they were family. She received regular therapy from trained professionals and any medical needs were handled quickly and thoroughly."

"I have had the privilege of working at the Care Center for 13 years. I have had my own family and still have family in there. Quite few years ago I had made the decision to place my own child there because I have full trust in my co workers. Fortunately I was able to take him home instead. Yet I was willing to put full trust in my co workers abilities to care for him and his very complex needs at that time. We at the care center are like a family and we treat our residents as we would our family. We are more than a typical team. These people go above and beyond to care for and put a smile on people’s faces during these very difficult times. I don’t regret my time here."

"I'm not sure Everyone in this area is aware that this place is more than just a nursing home? They actually provide top notch rehab for those that need it after surgery or a long illness. My Mom needed rehab after breaking her hip and her arm from a fall, so she went to Willapa after her hospital stay. Her care was excellent and she says nothing but great things about the staff - the nurses were caring and always listened to our concerns while finding ways to fix them if needed. Yes I will admit I am a little biased as I also have the pleasure of working with them but that fact alone is a true testament of the Quality of care I KNOW comes from each and every one of them. ALL HEART - and my mom agrees!"

"I have had dozens of friends and family that have rehabilitated at Willapa and have successfully returned home. Each one relates the compassion they received and are so impressed with the therapy that get results! I am proud to have been part of that team for over 30 years. I wouldn't want my friends or family to go anywhere else! We are very thankful we have Great Rehab in Pacific County!!"

"They do the best they can with what they have. My grandma has received good care after her stroke, and the staff has been positive and communicative. As for the 1 star review, I'm pretty sure the residents would rather be elsewhere than rehabbing too, but you do want you have to do and this place has handicap friendly facilities and trained staff."
