"While we love the location and our neighbors, the overall home quality is extremely lacking and the warranty/customer support line does everything they can to not help you. Landscaping issues, bad caulking/trim jobs, bad paint job, chipped cabinet faces covered in caulk, upstairs floors bowing, trash under the sod, and more, and this is issues shared across basically everyone in the recent construction phases. So far the only response anyones gotten has been by going straight to corporate, would never recommend Lennar at this rate."

"DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME WITH LENNAR. We were rushed into making a $10,000 deposit being told that the house we liked would be gone same day. The sales rep quoted us a monthly payment amount and once the deposit was made and we worked with Lennar mortgage, it took them almost 20 days to send us a loan estimate. Original loan estimate was for a certain interest rate we agreed to. Little did we know, that rate was not locked in. We went 3 months with ZERO communication from our Lennar sales rep (who is no longer with the company) and ZERO communication from Lennar mortgage. When we finally did receive a response and demanded an updated loan estimate, our monthly payment increased by hundreds of dollars per month. We were told that is what interest rates were, and there was no other choice but to proceed. We had to back out of our deal because we could not afford the monthly payment, and Lennar still refuses to return our $10,000 deposit even though they failed to lock our rate and maintain our quoted interest rate and monthly payment. PLEASE save your time, and more importantly, your money and go with a company that actually cares about their customers, and will keep you in the know on the entire process."
