"How great this place is! I felt like a child being able to interact with these amazing animals! PS Grab more food buckets than you think you'll need! They're big, but these animals always want more! Lol So fun!!"

"I really enjoyed my visit to the Lazy 5. The animals all seemed to be well taken care of and very friendly. If you want to protect your car from slobber and the like, then opt to take the wagon ride which you should call in advance for times."

"Love this place! Kids and parents alike had a great time! Animals come right up to your car so think about that before you take your shiny new car through, but they also have a horse drawn wagon you can ride"

"I recommend driving an suv. I drove a sedan and felt like it was too small. The path is dirt so it has some dips in places. The animals were bigger than I thought too. I'd get an extra bucket of feed. The giraffes won't give you any time if you don't have food. The Buffalo were surprisingly calm. Most of the animals are loose and surrounding your vehicle. Some of them block you on the path to ensure they get pellets. Some of the animals push others out of the way to get food. It's an interesting experience. I also saw deer in with the park animals getting feed. That was a nice addition. The park warns not to leave your vehicle or pet the animals. They are wild and unpredictable. It's a good experience. Some of the animals I would have never seen otherwise. I would go back. They also have a playground for small children. Some of the other amenities were not open when I visited. I can't comment on them."

"Super fun for friends and family!! I recommend for NC residents to visit at least once. It's a great place for out of state visitors as well. Safe and fun for kids and adults as well!! Highly recommend visiting the amazing animals. Buy a couple of buckets of animal food to have the most fun."
