"I’ve been a tenant with Henry Development Group for over 3 years! I have rented a Studio Loft that was beautiful with big windows that brought in natural light, modern fixtures, great location in the heart of Downtown, Marion. Amenities were provided (stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer). My daughter and I were needing a bigger space, so I contacted Courtney to see if there was anything available in my price range that was similar in style. Courtney responded quickly to provide me with information and set up a showing at a 2 Bedroom Loft! We had a smooth/quick transition process. We moved into a beautiful 2 Bedroom Loft that was an upgrade from our Studio Loft. PROS - Everything is in walkable distance, there’s things for children and adults. Such as; Eatery/Brewery, Shopping, Playing, Axe Throwing and so much more. Center Street Market has Necessities and Groceries. - We walk to Lulu’s Toy Co, Sweada Mae Art Cafe, Max Aiir and Topped Ice Cream. My daughter and I are experiencing Downtown and making memories. -The Community becomes Family - The Team are always on top of maintenance/emergencies."
