Health and Hope Medical Outreach

Health and Hope Medical Outreach is a compassionate institution located at 1911 Cooks Hill Road in Centralia, Washington, United States. Our mission is to provide Patient Advocacy, Hope, Respect, and Quality Care in a Christ-centered environment. If you or someone you know is uninsured or unable to afford medical care, we offer free exams, lab tests, x-rays, and medications, along with assistance for non-medical and spiritual needs. We believe in treating the whole person - mind, body, and soul.

We are always looking for dedicated volunteers to join us in greeting, registering, caring for, and praying for our clients. If you are unable to volunteer, you can support us financially to help us continue our mission of serving those in need. Our donors, which include local businesses, churches, and individuals, have enabled us to care for nearly 2000 patients in over 5900 visits since 2013.

Join us at our upcoming fundraisers, such as the Flapjack Breakfast Fundraiser at Applebee's on April 14, 2024, and the Fundraiser Flea Market at Moose Lodge on May 18, 2024. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Visit us any Tuesday from 5 pm to 8 pm to learn more about our work and how you can get involved.
