"Called to discuss remodeling of two bathrooms and kitchen in my home. The lady who answered the phone said they couldn't possibly do a remodel as they had 6 or 7 new builds that they were working on. I guess they should change the website they have with pages devoted to how wonderful of a job they can do on your home remodel (specifically kitchens and baths). I completely understand having too much work to take on another job, but the lady was condescending and rude for no reason whatsoever. I live in pinehurst and will never call Pinehurst Homes for any of my homes. Hope all the "new builds" last!"
