My agent Alex is amazing he is very helpful he's always very polite and he's made sure that I have the policy that I want so that if something does happen I get the absolute coverage I need so I do appreciate him for that."

"I went into today to get a copy of my Husband's Insurance so our Daughter could do her Driver's test. One Lady was very helpful, but the super skinny lady at the front was so RUDE!!!! She came over to help as the Woman I was with was very new, and when I offered the policy number the skinny lady told me to "shh I don't need that". Ok, I let it slide, then she tells me I can't get it, that he would have to go in. So thanks to this very RUDE Woman my Daughter has to reschedule her test and lose out on money. This Lady needs a new job if she hates her work that much. I will be calling Insurance Commissioner as I too work in Insurance and would NEVER treat a Client in such a ride, disrespectful manner."
