"This place is a scam, No hot water, no Working AC, it's so loud at night they give you earplugs In your room, and you can still hear the noise! extremely small rooms and bathrooms. 45$ a day to park the car. I've stayed at hostels with better amenities then this place. I hope I can save someone the trouble I've went through with this review. seriously DONT STAY HERE. ITS A SCAM."

"A 3-star hotel with 5-star service. The staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive. They provide excellent service and promptly respond to our requests. The room is spacious and clean. Instant hot water in the toilet/shower. Very convenient location, walking distance to most tourist attractions. It’s near a supermarket with lots of nearby places to dine in. The only complaint I have is the limited closet space to hang our clothes/jackets. I would definitely be staying here again when I’m in Seattle and recommend this to friends as well."

"I had stayed here years ago and found it convenient and comfortable. I took my partner here to stay a night on our way back to Portland and he loved it. The wine reception hour was so much fun and Mayra was an absolute sweetheart. There were 2 ladies that had assisted us at the front desk that were nothing short of an absolute pleasure. Very friendly and made checking in easy, were knowledgeable about the surrounding things to do, see, and eat. They all made the stay INCREDIBLE and we're definitely going back. The food at the attached restaurant was delicious! We had the beef stew and it was perfect! The manager (also whos name sadly escapes me) was fabulously sweet and hilarious. I DEFINITELY recommend staying here if the opportunity arises. Also the bed was comfortable, room clean, cozy, and had the robe my partner loves. Can't wait to return!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a conference and have several observations to share. On the positive side, the hotel's location proved to be incredibly convenient, given its proximity to the conference center. This allowed for easy and stress-free access to the event. The hotel staff was also consistently polite and responsive to any inquiries or issues during my stay, enhancing the overall guest experience. Moreover, the level of cleanliness and room maintenance was commendable. However, there were notable drawbacks that affected my stay. The most significant issue was the erratic behavior of the air conditioning system in my room. It functions unpredictably, randomly switching to heater mode even when set to the lowest temperature. This malfunction caused discomfort and disrupted my sleep. Furthermore, the bathroom in the room was tiny, reminiscent of bathrooms on cruise ships (which seem roomier). The shower experience was particularly uncomfortable due to the water flowing directly from the shower head, making it challenging to direct the water toward the body. In conclusion, this hotel offers a range of positive aspects, including its convenient location, courteous staff, and cleanliness. However, the recurrent A/C issues and the tiny and peculiar bathroom negatively impacted my overall stay. If you can overlook these inconveniences, the hotel might be suitable for a brief stay, especially if you are primarily focused on attending events nearby."
