"Dorothea at check in and check out was wonderful. Friendly, professional and curious. She was very informative. I appreciated her high level of hospitality and no-nonsense approach to running a place of respite in a tough neighborhood. She's an awesome lady!"

"The room was absolutely horrible. Smelt of death and meth and there were ants everywhere. Shower, bed, coming-out of the sink. Everywhere. Also the tent city behind the building made for some not so pleasant neighbours. The staff however were super wonderful to deal with and were fully understanding as to why we didn't stay more than 10 minutes after check in."

"Unfortunately, the only good thing really was that the bus stop is right there so it is actually pretty convenient to get into downtown. Everything else was pretty bad for what it was worth. It feels like a sketchy part of the neighborhood, didn’t feel safe, the rooms smelled pretty bad, the sheets had some holes, stains and smells and the worst part, it was a kinda expensive for the weekend. Such a shame really as it is very convenient if you want to take the transit everywhere in Seattle. Sadly would not recommend, just pay an extra couple to get a better motel/hotel elsewhere since you’re already paying more than usual for a below par experience."

"Do NOT book this hotel. They never answer their phones and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I attempted to cancel a booking with them but never was able to get a hold of them and had to cancel via my credit card company. Not only that but the hotel is in a horribly unsafe area people doing drugs in the parking lot next door. I would strongly recommend another hotel for your stay."

"The Travelodge Hotel in Seattle offers convenient access to downtown, just a short 30-minute bus ride away. Situated right by the bus stop, it couldn't be easier to explore the city. Although breakfast isn't provided, complimentary coffee and tea are available anytime, ensuring a quick caffeine fix. The hotel also offers parking facilities, a plus for those traveling by car. During my three-day stay, however, I encountered a few drawbacks. Firstly, my room wasn't cleaned at all, which was disappointing. Secondly, the double bed was suitable for two adults and two children, making it ideal for families. Nonetheless, the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, particularly the worn-out bathtub, which was in poor condition. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's cleanliness overall was commendable. With a rating of 4 out of 5, the Travelodge Hotel is a decent option for budget-conscious travelers seeking a convenient location near public transportation and basic amenities."
