""Kiddie Academy of Mill Creek is the best childcare center in the area. They have caring and communicative management staff who listen to your concerns and make sure these are addressed in a timely manner. The teachers are very compassionate and do everything to make sure children feel comfortable. Our daughter enjoys going here for the past three years and will continue till she goes to Kindergarten. Thank you Kiddie Academy of Mill Creek for making the childcare experience so pleasant for us!!!!""
"They charged $200 fee for enrollment and said they will have a seat available in 5-6 months. When I check back after 5-6 months, they are again saying that we have to wait for 6 more months. The director was arrogant and doesnt care to talk at all even at the time of enrollment. She was like "just pay first". Now, they are like "you have paid.... just forget about your money as thats non refundable". This is a scammy behavior to make money out of nowhere."
"My child could not adjust during her first month. I decided to have a discussion with the management. I was initially skeptical about the outcome of it. But i saw that the discussion helped , teachers gave more time to bond with my kid and my child was able to adjust within next 3 days. I feel happy seeing my child happy now and having a good time there."
"We enrolled our kid and the class teacher was very nice. But within a week, our experience went down significantly. They wont assist any kid who is struggling to eat by themselves but they will force them to sleep to enjoy their free time. My kid went only for a couple of weeks but had a bump on cheek because he was resisting and the class lady was pushing again and again to sleep. My kid ended up hitting his face on the floor cot they use as bed. The bump took almost 2 weeks to heal. We had to take our kid off the daycare and paid 1 month tuition despite not sending for a single day"
"What we love: - access to camera to see how our baby is doing - quick responses from teachers/director regarding concerns we may have - ease of communication using tadpoles app - seeing our baby becoming more confident and learning new skills in a short amount of time - not having to worry about prepping meals or sending in milk for her because all that is taken care of! - the hours work well for parents with long work hours."
