"Really nice hotel, great view! My only complaint is the wifi is so slow I had to use a hotspot, be warned coming here for business and come prepared with your own Internet."

"The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very nice, clean and normal sized. The area to the north of the hotel along the freeway is very sketchy, but the south and west are typical. The breakfast is fine and the staff were nice. Although near the freeway, it was not noisy. The only downside is parking is crazy expensive."

"I stayed for 1 night on January 27 and was very happy about the location. When I checked in, front desk told me that the service elevator is broken so we'd have to take the stairs. That wasn't a big deal for me however, when I got to my room on the 2nd floor, I checked the toilet and voila, there was feces that was left unflushed by the cleaning team. I was so disgusted I called front desk right away and they moved me to a room on the 9th floor. I'm never staying here again, I almost threw up. The front desk folks were friendly and helpful but the cleaning team needs to do better. I don't recommend staying here."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and made our check-in experience a breeze. Great location. Breakfast was decent. Overall, 5/5 for a 3-star hotel."

"The remodel has really made a difference. The rooms are light and bright and spacious. The lobby area is great. Breakfast was awesome. The potatoes, bacon and scrambled eggs were cooked nicely. The staff is nice. The location is great for an event at the new convention centet. Easy acces onto the freeway heading to the airport. Downtown and tourist activities are short walks or ride-share trips. Plenty of dining options again, not to far. There is no pool so if that is what the kids need, this is not the hotel for you."
