"Kasa cancelled my reservation without any explanation. When I called to inquire about the automatic cancellation, I was given vague reasons, such as their "agreement" with the building expired. However, an expiring agreement is something they should have known about months in advance; so why allow customers to book rooms when you know you are leaving the building soon? Anyway, I was not offered any solutions that would make me feel comfortable booking with Kasa ever again. Seems like a sketchy company to me now."
"Great location, super clean room and for what you are getting a super affordable price. 100% would stay there again if I'm in Seattle. One mini critique is that you can hear a lot of outside noise and footsteps from the people above but I was warned about that and it wasn't so disruptive that I got annoyed. Plus they provide ear plugs if needed."
"I stayed one night here and the logistics aspect was great. I appreciated the room layout and it felt larger than it actually was. That said, there are several things that could be improved. While generally very cleanly, the ceiling above the bed had cobwebs hanging from it and could use a quick vacuum. I'm 5'2" and the shower space was pretty small; however, I had more of an issue with the water temperature. It wasn't cold, but it definitely was not hot. The biggest issue was the space under the door to the hallway. The door did not reach the ground by about an inch, which made other people's noises louder and it was disconcerting that anyone could hear me moving around. It could also be a safety issue, I wasn't feeling well and didn't feel like dealing with it at the time."
"Overall check in/ check out experience was great! The room was very clean and cozy the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils etc. It’s less than a 5 min walk through a pretty safe side of Seattle to pikes place. They don’t have parking however they did recommend a parking garage nearby that was also very conveniently located. Overall great experience will definitely stay here again. Didn’t feel like a hotel it felt like a home."
