Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Downtown

"The worst if you want to get some rest. The guests are loud, the employees are loud. The employees are friendly, but if you're whistling through the hallway at 8 am on a Saturday while people are trying to sleep, there's a problem. People across the hall were going in and out of their room, laughing and talking loudly at 11:30 pm. You can hear the people above with every step they take. They played music very loudly to the point where even turning up the sound on my TV couldn't drown out the noise. The door that joins to the adjacent room to mine was almost pointless, as I could hear people in their bathroom and flushing the toilet. My room smelled of cleaning supplies. Creaky bathtub with every step. The actual shower head inoperational. Overall just run down."

"Normally ,I am typically not a person to write reviews but I feel so inclined to as the service has been exceptional. From the moment you walk in you feel almost like home, staff is so friendly, the cleanliness is immaculate, definitely it is my favorite hotel to come back to. Great job guys!"

"My fave hotel to stay at when I'm in the city! Good location, good rates and underrated pick for those staying downtown. The rooms are always clean and I have had little issues. The suite rooms are so nice, fairly newly renovated and spacious, with my only qualm being I wish more featured baths instead of only showers. Most of the suites also have full or partial kitchens so great for longer stays. I love the staff here and everyone has always been so sweet and delightful to chat with. Plenty on site (paid) parking. For the people that complained about parking spaces being too small.... that's just seattle. The spaces are a bit compact but plentiful. The breakfast is good, typical free continental breakfast but nothing to write home about. Overall love this place. I stay here all the time and will Continue to do so!"

"Clean, friendly service in an unbeatable location right next to Seatle Center. Can't comment on the breakfast quality since we ate at local coffee shops every morning. There are several within a couple blocks walking. We had one of the suites with a kitchen. The room was spacious with a good bed. I didn't give it five stars because despite all the space, there was almost no counters in the bathroom, making it hard for both of us to get ready. The wall mounted heating/cooling was also finicky and frustrating at times. All in all though, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys walking over driving."

"All of the staff were nice and helpful. I feel like the hotel is easy to navigate if you read the signs. The parking lot and garages are okay, but due to limited space the parking spaces are a little smaller than normal. They are also easy to access with elevators and stairs. We stayed in a suite, the room was clean when we got inside, and it had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The shower is a walk-in shower instead of a tub, which was okay for my needs. Ultimately, I felt safe at this hotel and the customer service was great."
