"Great location next to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. They gave us a discount on the room as we were there to go to FHCC. The staff have always been kind and polite. I highly recommend this hotel."
"This was a great stay! They were friendly, accommodating, and the room was perfectly clean and well-kept. The breakfast and the breakfast room were both just right, and a pleasant experience. Everything about this was wonderful, and I will definitely stay here again if I come back to the area."
"The rooms are great very clean and spacious. Some rooms even have a hot tub and or a fireplace that you can upgrade to (if available, of course). The staff is always been polite in the morning kitchen crew is on point providing an amazing Buffet that I enjoy time after time (freshly made waffles!!). A spacious Lobby entrance with a covered parking - pick up /drop off. I even appreciate the artwork and Furniture selections that they have in the rooms and hallways and even some of the mirrors - they have a unique intricate design. You may not get a room that has very much of a view so if that is a concern be sure to inquire or see if a room with a view is available. I highly recommend getting one of their hot tub suites if you get a chance."
"Was in town on President's Day Weekend for the Madonna concert. Was able to secure a room here for around 200 bucks. The room was large with windows on two sides and even had a fireplace! Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, helpful and professional. I will certainly stay here on my next trip."
"I regret choosing this hotel for our post Valentine Day trip. Since we can only afford to spend $290 for a 1 night stay which is according to the front desk lady was their cheapest room rate so she decided to put us on this horrible spot -got a nice view of the neighbor’s window frame and also where at 6AM all you can hear is the loud vehicles and construction noise. Thank you Ms. Front Desk for ruining our night at least we now have a reason to stay away from this hotel chain."
