"Definitely enjoyed my stay. The reception staff even gave me some great advice on dining options in the city. My room was clean and had sufficient space. Only downside is that the neighborhood isn’t the greatest of places. But that’s hardly the hotel’s fault."
"Overall, I am satisfied with my stay here! I'd stay here again. Cleanliness 10/10 Inside the hotel, public bathroom, and my room. Looks, feels, and smells clean! I was impressed by how carefully placed the items in my room were. Staff 10/10 Incredibly kind and helpful. I had special requests in my booking, and I was immediately given a response. In person, the staff members greeted me and asked me about my stay which I am glad for. They gave useful recommendations based on my interests and guided me how to get the most out of my stay here. Special shout out to Samson for the tips and making me feel like a valued member! Management here is great. Brent was also sweet. Location 8/10 It's a major plus how the hotel is walking distance from a lot of the tourist areas. I will mention that there are a lot of homeless people roaming around nearby, although they seemed harmless. So in the day time I felt safe. Appreciate Free bikes, helmet, lock, and basket! On the less rainy days, I loved traveling with the bike. I like how they let me leave my bags after I checked out while I explored the city. I appreciated the early check-in. I like that I was given the option of being able to choose a balcony room or courtyard. Fresh water options and ice Even though I don't participate in ComiCon, it's nice how the hotel had events for ComiCon. They were hosting a costume contest. It seems like the hotel really supports and values the community. Def didn't need a car to get around the city. Public transportation (Rail, Bus) or walking suffices!"
"This is a nice, simple hotel. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, but the rooms are clean and quiet. I've stayed there three times and had no problems. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby."
"I booked for 2 night, I usually do this for long trips before deciding if I will continue my stay there for the rest of my trip. I had my card charged for the hotel and parking and as soon as I got to the room was hit with an awful smell. The bedding smelled horrible as well- like dirty laundry. I had to leave a couple hours before checkout time because I couldn't stand the smell anymore. Upon inspection the room was dirty as well- dirty on surfaces and the microwave was not clean at all. I visit Seattle very often and wanted to like this hotel since it's close to downtown but I really did not enjoy the stay at all, especially for the price."
"The staff at check-in were delightful! (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but Happy Birthday!) Rooms are basic, but clean, and the water pressure was great. Central location in Belltown with a lot of food and drink options around, and a 10 min walk to Climate Pledge Arena. What more do you need? They are dog friendly and there's a dog park across the street."
