"My boyfriend and I were staying here for the weekend to attend the bad bunny concert and our plumbing ended up breaking on the second day we were here. The chief of maintenance, Jesse was excellent he provided us with information regarding the hotel and upgraded us to a King Suite due to the troubles of the previous room. I highly recommend staying here, the staff are always kind and patient and provide the best service for their customers! I would definitely stay here again."
"We stayed one night after attending a concert at Climate Pledge. The lobby is simple and the staff were quick at getting people checked-in. We didn't use any of the "amenities." Lobby has two elevators side by side, but only one elevator was working. The long wait time and feeling like it was a capacity competition was an inconvenience. The room didn't start off well when one of the card keys wouldn't open the door. The other key took at least five swipes for it to finally work. Our room had two doubles and the size was fine. There was a small kitchenette with storage, sink, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was small and needed brighter updated lighting. A short walk from the hotel puts you at an entrance point for the The Seattle Center grounds. The stadium is located next to International Fountain among other things that are there such as the Science Center."
"Our stay was just fine. Street construction made it difficult to get to the front entrance. Room was clean. Air conditioner was ridiculously noisy. It was easy to hear noises from other rooms. Still it was a good sleep. Parking was fine for our small SUV. Would be a bit cramped for larger vehicles."
"It could be better but isn't terrible and the price was good. Hotel is dated. Decor is old and dated color scheme. The elevators are old. It's just a dated hotel but everything does looked maintained. My room was clean and I slept fine and comfortable. Only one of the two elevators seems to be working. It is also slow so there was a line waiting for the elevators. When I asked about stairs, I was told the staircase was located outside the building and they can go unlock it for me if I want to walk up. Kinda weird but no problem. There's street work out front so the roads only going one way. Parking garage entrance is out back in the alley but you can't go in until you get your key card. The sign outside the garage says $21/day but I was told $26/day when I checked in. I asked the person at the desk if it's okay if I park on the street after 6pm since the sign says paid parking required between 8-6pm. She told me that I would be paying more. I was confused so I asked even after 6pm? She said yes. It didn't make sense. It was a 10-hr max zone and I would only pay between 8-6pm. So why would I pay after 6pm? I continued stayed on the street for the night. Street parking is very difficult to find which made trying to get there to check it very annoying. Location is good if you want to be near the Space Needle and they price were decent. Overall, pretty average experience. Don't bother with the terrible breakfast next door."
"Good location! The rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Service was good and housekeeping came every day which is rare now. The breakfast next door is horrible- do not go. The walls are a bit thin- we could hear people stomping above our room until past midnight. Parking is convenient but price is 26 (after tax) not 21 which they state in their website. The elevators are very very slow and while we were here one was broken the entire time."
