"Everyone at ELC UP is friendly, engaged with the children/families, and our son seems to love going in to his classroom every day. There's always someone to greet you at the front door - usually management which I greatly appreciate. Lots of open communication and you can just tell they prioritize safety and care for you kid as their own. Can't say enough good things about my sons teachers. They are amazing! Just shy of 18 months, my son is starting to use words, understand basic phrases, and some baby/toddler sign language. I love the updates I get via the app during the day. You can tell the kids are happy, safe, and learning!"

"“Had to cancel my membership after 8 years due to unchecked vandalism. Twice had my lock broken with crowbar and wallet, keys, credit cards etc stolen. Took many days to undo the damage each time plus cost of changing locks at home. I know others who this same thing happened to. "Lakewood Y is the best! 24 years now and still moving like an old teenager. But have to mention one fault; what happened to the water hose, in the steam room? Gotta get it back up and running. It's been in there, for over 24 years. Yeah, we all know that someone cleans it twice daily. No, it doesn't make people stay in there longer. No, it's not left on. And no, to all the other excuses that you come up with. Seriously, WE NEED IT!"
