"Everyone at the clinic is very friendly, and appear to be very professional. It was challenging to get a follow up appointment since I contacted the clinic on Friday and never heard from anyone until Tuesday after I called back. When I returned for a follow-up visit I felt like an explanation of my situation was not very informative, and even though I was prescribed another round of antibiotics, there is no indication or encouragement to check back and let the staff know if this intervention would provide the outcome we all were hoping for. I was originally referred to, the clinic for what I realize is fairly minor. But to me, after many months of trying to get past this infection I would’ve appreciated a little more interest in my outcome. It’s hard to ignore my disappointment In my experience with Proliance Surgeons."

I was referred to him for pain management but he had no suggestions other than surgery and he was not patient at all in listening to my history. He might have been having a really busy day and was trying to catch up. I did not get a good feeling about this office. It felt like an assembly line. I am going to cancel my follow up appoinment and go elsewhere."
