"I am in tears and so upset after my visit to this clinic. I went in because I had pain in a molar that had a root canal many years ago. The assistant took two X-rays and then the dentist came in. He took one look at my X-ray and said that I might have an abscess, but because it's a root canal tooth he doesn't feel comfortable or confident in giving me a straight answer. He prescribed antibiotics to "buy me some time" and told me to go see someone else (a specialist). I asked him to just pull the tooth because I can't afford a specialist. He refused. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. After the appointment I just sat in my car and cried. It gets worse: I do not have insurance and earn slightly over the threshold to qualify for their sliding scale. I just received the bill for the visit and it is $338!!! I called the billing department and they are unwilling to negotiate. Community dental care does not care about community at all. I am so upset and nowhere close to resolution for my tooth."

"I brought my mom in this morning to Sea Mar in Mount Vernon to have her bottom teeth pulled and when I checked her in the front desk ladies said she was here for a New Patient consult. I was very confused as Skagit Life Care Center was suppose to schedule an appointment to have her bottom teeth pulled. I took the day off of work to bring her down here, which is an incredible process considering she is bedridden. After going to the back and meeting with Dr. Lopez and Lucero Delgado, I explained the situation to them. Dr. Lopez explained to me that the last time my mom was there they gave us a referral for an oral surgeon. I explained to Dr. Lopez that there was confusion on the scheduling of the appointment and my Mom was bedridden and it is difficult to get her to an appointment. Dr. Lopez looked at her mouth and said we can try do this. Dr. Lopez and Lucero Delgado took care of my mom, pulled her bottom teeth and did an amazing job with her. They are superstars in my opinion!! They are empathetic, understanding and caring!! I am so grateful and appreciative they helped my mom! Thank you!!!"

"went with my brother today i was 2 min late and they said they could not see me or my brother lady at reception was rude af and i told her we are in so much pain but she didnt care i mean how are they this bad? never ever ever going here again and when i tried to call same lady so ya she was pain"
