"We’ve had Dr Christine Longo and Dr. Jacqueline Hunziker for our four kids and I would recommend both. Longo was very clinical and would get to the root cause of broader issues quickly but not always as approachable with young kids. . Hunziker has an incredible bedside manner and wonderful with kids. She is thoughtful, persuasive, and intuitive. I love that she will not diagnose unless she has the data to do so.. Staff is professional and helpful."
"New to the state of Washington and I was looking for a pediatrician for my kids and found this office and from making the appointment to the doctors visit has been very pleasant and everyone was so nice. I love the doctor and the nurse and the staff everyone was so nice. The quality of care was great because the doctor took her time to get to know my child and that felt good to know she cares. I definitely recommend this office."
"If I could give 0 stars I could. I had the WORST experience and never went back, especially because the choices made by 3 DIFFERENT pediatricians disregarded my concerns that there was something wrong with my son. My son was born November 18th 2021 and by November 24th 2021 he was projectile vomiting. My fist never projectile vomited. I brought up my concerns and one of the 3 told me “does he seem happier afterwards?” I said “well of course, he obviously needed to throw up” and he said “we call those happy spitters”. My mom was with me as well and tried to explain to him, it wasn’t normal. The first time I took him, I explained to a female doctor his pee smelt really stale ( signs of an UTI ), she said I don’t smell anything. Mine you, I could smell his pee, as soon as he went pee, through his diaper and clothes. So move forward to the second doctor who said his projectile vomiting was normal. I told him my concerns of his pee smelling stale, very few diapers, both pee and poop, and his pee was DARK yellow. We tried getting a sample of his pee, he never went pee for the hour and 1/2 we sat there. My son was born 7lbs 15oz. I took him to the pediatrician the day before this and he was less than his birth weight. Then he weighs him again and magically he gained 11oz in ONE day? He thought nothing of it. Fast forward a couple of days, hes sleeping, he’s crying when I touch him, his fontanelle is SUNKEN in, they said it was a normal the appointment before. I took him out in public one day to our normal spot, a vitamin store to get a good meal and everyone is telling me looks yellow, underweight, and VERY sick. He had been projectile vomiting everyday and it’s is now DECEMBER 17TH. Almost a MONTH he’s been sick and no one was listening to me. I call their on call nurse she said he doesn’t look yellow in the photo I sent but to come in. I take him and it’s his regular doctor who was there was pushing my concerns aside. They weigh him, they said he’s heavier than his birth weight, I asked to weight him again and he was the same. She literally looked over him and FELT his fontanelle and said it was NORMAL. It was so SUNKEN IN, you can see it from far away. She proceeded to say I Could go home after everything I told her, the failure to thrive, which was in the health summary for MANY appointments before, then she comes back in and says I’m sending you to the children’s hospital. We get to the children’s hospital, they have to do a SPINAL TAP on my ONE MONTH OLD. They covid test, everything. And turns out he DID HAVE A UTI LIKE I TOLD THEM A MONTH AGO. It’s so bad, he had to be in the hospital for TWO WEEKS. He was UNDER his birth weight like I told them but they didn’t believe me when ALL of the scales were giving false readings and they even said they were but proceeded to weigh him and take it into consideration. My HEALTHY 7lb 15oz baby was almost 6lbs when he got the ER. I WILL NEVER TELL ANYBODY TO TAKE THEIR CHILDREN TO THIS DR. OFFICE. I can’t remember the 2 other doctors, once was male, but our primary was Dr.Hunsinker (not sure if I spelt it right) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. She thinks because she went to medical school, a mothers intuition isn’t important enough to listen to."
"Today was my first appointment at this location. My experience with the doctor and nurses was amazing. They really do care about the patients. However in keeping with theme of the reviews this place gets, the front desk people are arrogant and very rude. I am still very surprised that I cared enough to write a paragraph about front desk staff since most of the things are in the app anyways. I was minding my own business, outside the pediatric center ie suite 100, thinking about how to take my wet 4 day old newborn( from pee) when it was cold and raining outside to my car. I want to remind the reader that this was outside the clinic. She comes up and says you have to leave. When I told her I was planning to and will be gone in 2 minutes, she said “ Ohh, you should call 911 and take him to emergency” . I mean really. I understand when they say “We care” it’s a fake veneer. But have a minute for humanity."
"Doctor's are great, wonderful an caring! The Front desk staff can go eat hay with the cows, very very unprofessional. Its shocking people like this are still employed well established healthcare facility."
