"My daughter is a relatively new patient of Dr. Wells, we have seen her twice. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Our appointment was at 4pm, we arrived about 5 minute early, were taken back about 4:05pm, out intake was about 5 minutes and the provider came in at 4:35pm. I am an FNP so I do know that as a provider it can be hard to stay on schedule as day goes on. The front desk staff were professional."

"The front desk told me to check in on the other side even though the sign said I need to check in with this front desk lady. I walked to the other side and waiting. But this front desk lady checked in the person that comes in the hospital after me. The person’s appointment was at the same time as well. I walked back the this front desk lady again since the other line was busy. And then I told this front desk lady that the other line was busy and asked why she’s sending me to the other line while she can check in the person after me. Then this lady checked me in after the conversation. I felt she gave me an attitude."

"This clinic is absolutely amazing. Doctor Wells is the best doctor. She is on top of things, so supportive and caring for her patients. The nurses and the whole care team are absolutely fast response and hard working! You guys' hard work and helpfulness is much appreciated!"

"Updating my review because it has gotten better. They have made a patient portal which makes it easier to make appointments, reach our pediatrician and nurses and also Bill pay. Parking is not a problem. Dr. Wells is new to the clinic. She is wonderful, she listens and very thorough. I recommend her if she’s taking new patients."

"I am not one to leave reviews, but I googled the clinic to pull up a form and was shocked by the rating. I have been taking my 5 kids here from birth starting 9 years ago. I have never had a bad experience here. The front desk was always kind, the nurses very patient and the doctors amazing! We had saw Dr. Anderson up until he retired. For the last couple of years we saw Dr. Moore, and he is absolutely phenomenal!! He is very very knowledgeable, spot on with every illness/ concern that has popped up with my kids (and between the 5 of them there were plenty) and so kind! There were several occasions that he called to check up on how my kids were improving after our appointment. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Yes, I have read complaints that you have to schedule him out aways with wellchecks but let me tell you, he is well worth the wait! And we usually were able to get into see him with sick visits without trouble. Addressing the waiting time in the waiting room: yes, it can be a bit of a wait, but again it's well worth the wait, once in the room with the doctors, I have never been rushed. they are patient with the kids, the doctors take time to talk to the kid and make them comfortable and address any/all of my concerns in detail. We have also seen Dr. German on occasion when our main Dr. was out and had good experiences with him as well."
