"UNRELIABLE!!! Had a diagnostic test scheduled for my mother that was cancelled at the last minute because the tech called out sick. They rescheduled her for the following week. Guess what….on the way to the follow-up appointment, they called us to say that the tech called out sick and her appointment was cancelled. One time is understandable, but to have this happen for 2 consecutive appointments is exceptionally poor patient service. I called and requested to speak with the office manager to voice my concern and displeasure. She was unavailable to take my call so I had to leave a message. No callback received. If you have an option, I would have your imaging work done elsewhere."

"Worst receptionists and customer service agents. I’ve spoken to 5 different receptionist and customer service agents and all have no idea what they’re doing. I was first given the wrong fax number on a Thursday. So it delayed my wait all the way until Monday when I found out they hadn’t received it. I then had them fax it again and they didn’t call me to let me know it had been received like they promised. I had to call back the next day because nobody could find the fax. Something was wrong with it and they had to call the dr to get them to resend it and said that when it comes in they give me a call back to reschedule the appt. I call again the next day and they say they don’t even have me in the system. And she will double check and ask someone else and give me a call right back. No call for 6 hours. I end up calling and they can magically find me in the system but now can’t get me in until the beginning of may. Absolutely ridiculous."
"The Receptionist Christina (didn’t want to provide last name) was very rude and unprofessional. She was not helpful at all. Her answer to every question I had was, “I don’t know.” She seem to not know anything and should not be in the front office. She claimed to not even know who is her supervisor or when they would be in? After speaking with her I was not able to be seen or set an appointment and I left the office more confused then when I came in."
"Don’t know what is going on with this world. I usually come there to schedule my appointment when I get my blood work downstairs. I’ve been going there for couple years no problem. This time, I stopped by and the Asian front desk lady was really rude. I asked to see if I can make appointments as usual and she sounds like mad. I did nothing wrong to get that kind of treatment. I didn’t let her ruin my day so my wife and I left. She didn’t even ask if we need a phone number to call in to make appointment or something. I tried to call in hope to talk to a live person to make appointments. All reps are helping other patients please leave messages or continue to hold. That was the message when you call in. I kept on holding for 1/2 hour. Then hung up called Valley desk and got transferred back and then kept hanging on waiting to see if anyone would dare to picked up. I tried to call for 2 days. Nobody care to pick up your phones. As a business owner, I believed this location, this business, is too busy to take in more clients’ appointments. I think you guys have enough clients so that you don't care about building more clients and don't care about how important for your business to place a friendly staff at the front desk. I am making my decision to change and will go somewhere else."
