"Im beyond livid right now. I’d call but I’m in tears. My 1.5 year old daughter came 4 weeks ago to get casted after an accident lead to her breaking her leg. After an extensive appointment with the doctor and being ASSURED she was getting a water proof cast and me asking so many questions about that and bathing because it’s the summer time. Today during removal at the Olympia office, we find out it was not the water proof cast. My poor baby has burns all over her leg and skin is falling off in some places. I feel this negligence is completely unacceptable and there had to be some sort of miscommunication between the physician and the nurse who casted her. But I’m livid. She’s 15 months old for heavens sake this situation has been horrendous enough. HOPEFULLY she doesn’t suffer any permanent scars. Completely unacceptable."
"Staff was excellent and spent ample time explaining things. Only issue was finding the correct room since there was no signage."
"I drove an hour and a half to take my son here for an appointment. The address I got from mychart took me to the wrong building. (Neurology had moved.) The person at the from desk gave me some confusing directions and I ended up at the cancer center. I tried calling neurology to ask for help but was sent through a phone tree instead of getting the office. After a half hour of running around the medical campus with my five-year-old unable to find anyone who can tell me where to go, we find the building only to have them tell me I'm late so we have to reschedule. I explained what happened but no luck, we now have to wait another three months to see our doctor because no one thought to put up a sign to help patients find the new building. Three hours of driving round trip for nothing. I am livid."
