"I really like dr. Cheng. But most of times I wait to see my Doctor around 10-40mins. Today I’m 6 mins late and they said have to reschedule and cancel my appointment which makes me and my kids really uncomfortable. If you make appointments here and the traffic might delay your times more than 5mins, I will recommend just call and reschedule."

"I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. My family recently relocated from out of state and finding a new pediatrician for our infant was nerve racking - you want the best for your babe. After researching places, I decided to give this one a go and we have been so pleased. The doctors here are kind and reliable. I’ve had to bring my infant in a few times last minute for some illnesses and they always do their best to make time for us as quickly as they can. I am always reassured when I leave the office that I have the best information and plan for my little one. It’s been great getting to know the staff and I enjoy working with them."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took my son in for his 1 week appointment and basically got told I was starving my kid, not feeding him enough and that his jaundice was really bad. He didn’t believe I was telling the truth about how much I pump either, and Dr. Cheng said he was (I quote) “Extremely concerned and this is super serious.” Told me every bad thing that could be wrong with my baby. Made me cry in the parking lot so I immediately made an appointment at North Seattle Peds to get a second opinion and our new doctor said my son looked perfectly fine, his jaundice was very normal and that it can take babies a couple weeks to make birth weight. Even said that a lot of babies can just be slow weight gainers if there is family history of fast metabolisms, which both sides have. We gave her Dr. Cheng’s information in the case she wanted to look him up and search him, and I will be making a report based off this horrendous experience. So thank you, Dr. Cheng, for making it seem like my child was dying and that I was a bad mom. Please take my advice, and the advice of our new pediatrician and do not go here.
