"The service was not friendly, zero compassion with having a stranger handling my breasts, gave unclear and short instructions to another patient, I felt like just a number and not at all a person. These medical personnel compassion training, learn how to be friendly and accommodating. Do better. Smile once in a while."

"I scheduled a 9:45am appointment and confirmed it twice. After taking time off work to drive over an hour to get here, they cancelled my visit saying my appointment was a different earlier time; I even have a text confirmation. I arrived at 9:14…they said they had me down for 9:15. Yet, they refused my appointment which is non sensical and completely asinine; the receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. I have two breast lumps and have been waiting months to get this appointment. Rayus is extremely unprofessional, the office has an odd odor and the staff needs training in how to properly provide customer service. Would give a 0 if I could."

"I was scheduled at a given time, but waited over an hour to get scanned. the person who did my CT scan told me it was not normal to get a CT scan at my age just because I feel bloated and asked if I was pregnant. Regardless of how unprofessional everyone feels about a healthy young woman getting a CT scan, I feel fortunate that an over cautious urologist took the inititive to make an order for emergency imaging, because what the results found are scary. Also, there was a typo on the findings summary."

"5 stars for Laura, the technician who performed the bone scan! She was FANTASTIC - very competent, professional, informative, and helpful as well as super friendly and fun!! Don't know if I've ever worked with a better technician!! Thank you, Laura! 1 star for Karly, the receptionist who scheduled my appointment and checked me in at the front desk. Don't think I have ever come across a more confused and indifferent medical receptionist anywhere. I did call the week after my procedure and spoke briefly with another receptionist (didn't catch her name). When I requested a copy of the results, I found her to be friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you!! OVERALL I would recommend this place because the technician does a GREAT JOB!! Just be prepared for the possibility of dealing with an incompetent, indifferent receptionist before the procedure."
