"Visited a close friend during a remodel and noticed immediately how badly the color match was on the cabinet doors. After being told they would replace them, someone who works for this company decided they meet their standards. Do NOT use this company if you want a beautiful kitchen! Would give -5 stars if I could."

"I haven’t had a kitchen since June because of JMC cabinets. After several attempts to work with them to get the cabinets correct, they refuse to fix them. The box and the doors are clearly two different colors. They agreed to take them back and then decided they would not. From the beginning the order was wrong. Wrong sizes, wrong doors and two different color stains. I am still trying to ge this resolved. DO NOT USE JMC cabinets. Dawn Topp agreed in writing to take the cabinets back and pick them up. When her father returned from vacation - Neil Maddy, she emailed me and told me that they would not take them back, that Neil Maddy thinks they meet industry standards for color variation. They DO NOT! Not one single adult or contractor who has seen them thinks that they remotely match."

"Most of the bad reviews here are from disgruntled employees that have been let go. How do I know this? I worked there for 15 years and they always treated me like family. I don't speak for JMC but you should really take Google reviews and all reviews for that matter with a grain of salt as most people that are satisfied with their product rarely ever post. JMC is a great family owned company that has been serving local contractors well for almost 35 years and will continue to do so. They are the best one stop shop for cabinets, doors, millwork and hardware period."

"ZERO stars if I could. 4100 sf home and every single cabinet, vanity, etc was wrong. Drawers missing, measurements off, doors wrong size and don’t fit cabinet. Please email me for pictures and details, because of this company we are two months plus behind on our project. Please please please save yourself time and money and work with a different company. I will NEVER USE JMC AGAIN."
