"Amazing staff always a friendly face to see"
"They never answer their phone and you have to leave a message. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a return call but most likely you just have to keep calling and leave messages until you give up. There should be an online system to schedule appointments. It’s ridiculous how this operation is so dated. Follow up note: we did manage to secure an appointment. The staff at the hospital were attentive and helpful. We appreciated their guidance and care for our little one. Changing the rating from one to three stars."
"Love the staff, everything is perfect EXCEPT their phone set up/communication is terrible! Every time I call to hopefully talk to someone, it goes directly to voice-mail and you sit around hoping they got your message."
"The doctors and staff are lovely, the facilities are top-notch, their methods are progressive BUT communication is ABYSMAL. They really need some kind of patient liaison who can answer questions for you and help when you’re trying to coordinate scheduling from out of state. I need to schedule a procedure 2 months before surgery, but Seattle “doesn’t have their surgery schedule” apparently until the last minute making this seemingly impossible. Nobody ever answers the phone so you have to leave a message. If they don’t have an answer for you they just don’t call back. The dentist couldn’t even get someone to tell her which tooth to extract until the day before the extraction was originally scheduled (but I had cancelled it because nobody from scheduling will call me back). I’ve been trying since February to get this scheduled so it will happen during the summer and not disrupt the school year, but it’s almost May now and despite being “high priority “ I have heard nothing from them."
"We went in when our daughter was four months for brachycephaly. We thought they were the best around to have our daughter evaluated. We got a diagnosis and were told they would send her prescription to the orthorist of our choice for a helmet but they never did. Turns out if they had sent the prescription like they said they would we could have had an immediate appointment and our helmet within weeks. But when we showed up to the appointment almost three weeks after our initial phone call they told us they never received a prescription. I was not aware that they could have scheduled us sooner if they had a prescription. We called children’s several times and each time we were told they had sent over the prescription, so I figured it was our orthoists fault and decided to switch to getting the helmet through children’s instead. I was told several times over the phone I would be contacted to make the switch and never got a single phone call. I called back again after several attempts and the receptionist was very rude saying I had said one thing to one person and another to another person, yet no one had contacted me to ask for an explanation or let me know there was any issue. I called several times over to ask for the prescription to be sent and I was told it was already sent. It wasn’t until the clinic I was seeing for the helmet called to find out the prescription had never been signed by a doctor. We waited three months to find this out. Which is literally the most important three months to have a helmet fitted. Our daughter now has a very flat head due to their negligence."
