"Incredible experience. We received speech services through Children's Therapy Center, and Zoë B and Jameelah Grover were both incredible and supportive throughout the entire process. Our son always looked forward to his speech days and bonded with his SPL, Zoë. We appreciated how creative and fun Zoë was during our speech sessions. Our son made so much progress there and everyone was so caring and dedicated to his goals. Highly recommend!"
"The best therapy center! Everyone is amazing but the most amazing, in my opinion, is Brooke! She is incredible and has made HUGE progress with my son, who is on the autism spectrum! I highly recommend them to everyone looking for services for their child!"
"My daughter just completed 20 weeks of occupational therapy and 20 weeks of speech therapy here and I am really impressed with the results. She has autism (medium functioning) and these therapists here really know how to reach out to children like my daughter. She saw Brooke Bell for OT and Peggy for speech. I've never met someone more patient and understanding than Brooke and I was really impressed with Peggy's ability to get my daughter to work with her. My daughter has seen quite an improvement in her language and communication skills, and she is more able to overcome her sensory fears now. I really like this place. Despite the nasty neighborhood, there are some really wonderful people here."
"I would honestly like to say as a family that utilized this place for my son, it is a decent place but do not work with Marge. 2 years and 11 months she worked with my son and never got him any equipment. She told me it would take months to get a wheelchair, which it did. But it took so long we actually had to have another therapist come out and resize my son for his chair because he had gained so much weight. The re-order from start to finish took 1 week. She filed a false CPS report, violated company policies, and lied in our discharge report and labeled us "non-compliant" never mentioning even once that we missed appointments due to major surgeries that we had doctor's notes for. She left out pertinent medical information in her report and was extremely unprofessional and vindictive the last few months we worked with her. I called the supervisor who was very nice, but did not in my opinion do enough to rectify the situation. She refused to even re-write the report which several other doctors found extremely unprofessional. Can you imagine bringing your child here for services and being treated like this. This woman personally attacked myself and slandered my family all because she didn't get treated as if she was his doctor. If you have to take your kids here, absolutely do not work with Marge. Don't let her in your home, or near your children."
"I've been attending the children's therapy center for years now. It has an amazing staff! I've worked with ms. Stephanie, ms. Brooke, ms. Shannon, ms. Jenn, and ms.molly! I've had occupational therapy and speech therapy. They have a very inviting get environment. They flourish, despite the neighborhood location. (If you're from tacoma, it's a little rough, but the CTC doesn't experience all that.) All in all its an amazing experience with play models and aba models intertwined. I wouldn't be the mom I am without their support"
