"My review is on my interview process. My interview was scheduled for 2pm when I arrived at 1:55pm I checked in with the receptionist who had no idea what she was suppose to do. She walked around around asking who was doing a “meeting” when she came back to the desk I reminded her I’m there for an interview and I’m assuming it’s going to be with a manager or other HR employee. She said ok have a seat. 15 minutes of waiting then I’m called back to a room where the staff is playing musical chairs to find a seat. It felt unprofessional as one of the individuals in the room sat all slouched down in her seat and never said a word. The questions they asked really had nothing to do with the positioned I was applying for. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience with disorganization all around."

"My review is to give a 5⭐️review to Christina Gratchner who sees our daughter. I’m dropping the overall review to 4⭐️ to the clinic since we didn’t care for the lactation specialist we first saw there or Dr. Beth. I had to write a letter for the traumatic birth I had and provide it to them with my expectations for the care and since then we have had nothing but great care with Christina. We feel supported and confident in our task of raising our little girl. They could improve overall to become a bit more trauma informed, but that doesn’t apply to Christina."

"Scheduled a meet and greet with a potential new doctor for my son and glad I did cause I wouldn't go back here as they really set the tone for the kind of care they provide. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited in lobby for 30 minutes with my kid. My kid kept trying to talk to the receptionist and they weren't friendly to him. Just looked at him like he was weird. Then we were finally called back to a tiny room and waited there another 30 minutes and absolutely no one came in. By now my 5 year old has waited a total of 1 hr to meet a doctor. We left after the 30 minute mark and told the receptionist on the way out that we waited an hour and no one came to see us and we aren't interested in care here. They just blankly stared at me and didn't even respond. Also the place is not clean and looks unsanitary. Bye!"

"Five star for the providers. We have Dr Pratt for our kiddos and she is very knowledgeable. She takes time and discusses all the options available. we are happy with her as our provider and we recommend her for new patients as well. However, staff is problematic.there is long wait during the visits sometime 1 hr waiting after your appointment time. They should manage the appointment in a timely manner. Also, we faced a few cases where appointments made through phone calls didn't work. When we visited, they were informed that, there was no appointment. So they should address this issue to make this places better."
