Timberland Inn & Suites Castle Rock

"I stayed here with my son and daughter-in-law and we all loved his motel. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The check in was very smooth, I had asked to be put in rooms next to each other, and they honored that. We had to check in late in the evening, but the staff were very pleasant. The room was more spacious than I thought it would be, with a little fridge and a microwave. There was a brand new radio alarm clock that I could plug my phone into, on the bedside table. Everything was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again!! Thank you to our hosts at the Timberland Inn!"

"We got a family suite, and it was SO spacious. There were 2 chairs and a couch that folded down, and a table and chairs, which I think is super useful. We were split opinion on the beds I thought they were perfect and wish I had thought to ask where they got those pillows from, I need 4! My son did not like them at all , he thought the beds were too hard. My husband, with sciatica, even slept well here. My only thought would be, I wish the TV were by the couch, instead of the beds, but what a silly complaint, really!"

"Hotel management is TERRIBLE. I am accused, and have been charged for, the breaking of an ottoman that was broken upon my arrival. Their stance is that I should have notified hotel management of it being broken upon my arrival. Which I contend is not my responsibility. If that is the case then I should have a form to check off, not u like a car rental form. After being yelled at and ignored its safe to say that I will never darken their door again."

"Extremely kind and friendly check in!! Really nice looking, well maintained place. Clean, spacious, light feeling room. Mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, really fast wifi.... But you know what was unexpected? Couple bottles of water, toothbrush/toothpaste and other little personal items were available in the room. Only thing that would have been better is if breakfast was included, as I love that in a hotel (oh well)"

"This is a decent place to spend the night while traveling thru, reasonably priced and clean. The bathtub was spotlessly clean and the bed linens were also very clean. The room we stayed in had a balcony that was nice to use to get fresh air. The decor and finishes were 'tired' and could use an update. The bed was not bad but wasn't very plush. The vertical blinds were missing a couple slats so the room was never dark. There was a small microwave and fridge and a large TV with a lot of channels. There was a strong smell of air freshener when we walked in, but opening the doors helped. The provided toiletries were nice, including disposable toothbrushes and tooth paste. The young man at the counter was friendly and helpful."
