"We arrived on rainy windy evening. The code to the key box didn't work so we had no key, but the door was open. The house is in a wonderful location, but there were quite a few issues with the house, which was in need of some repair. The plaster of the main room was falling onto the floor in the living room and the kitchen, because of a leak in the roof, they offered to move us to Copalis, but the location of this home is on the beach where we have stayed for many year, and actually have rented this place for many year. The hot tub needs to be replaced and when we called the first day to explain it was NOT hot - only warm they did not send anyone to fix it. The next day when we called again they sent someone over. The extra blanket in the home all had to be washed - every one of them was covered with dog hair and smelled like dog. I brought my dog to the home but she is not allowed on the furniture. We asked for a refund or some type of reduced price because of the hot tub and the ceilings---no one returned our call or request. But the thing that makes me pretty upset is that I have always been rated a 5 star guest. They only rated me a 4 and we stripped all the beds and kept the place clean."
