"Stayed for a single night. Check in and out was as easy as taking and placing a key. We were the only occupied unit so things stayed quiet while we slept. Placing fan on upper railing, facing down helped fix the heat bake that was happening upstairs due to poor HVAC design. You must be comfortable navigating steep and narrow stairs to get to the sleeping loft."

"Pros-The cottages are cute, quaint and homey. It was very quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to make food, you just need to supply your food. Bathroom was clean and big! Games and books to keep you entertained. Deck furniture but I’m not sure the chairs are the right choice especially for older people. Hard to get out of. Cons-The stairs are dangerous and I’m not sure they’d pass code. I’m height challenged and they made me so nervous. The bed and couch are not comfortable for sitting or sleeping. We were in #6 and the refrigerator makes this odd noice which can be irritating especially when trying to sleep. If you turn the furnace on, be prepared to roast upstairs!"

"It certainly was clean and the cottage was nicely decorated. The outside area surrounding cottage has tall grass and weeds. Not a lot of curb appeal. Looks tired. The stairway up to main bedroom is not very safe and sleeping accommodations were Not comfortable at all . Back slider we opened and the screen fell off. The slider was also unlocked when we went to go out to deck. Minor annoyances were 1 ice cube tray, 1 ply toilet paper and only 2 coffees for use. We probably will not come back for a 2nd visit. From the pictures we were a bit disappointed."

"The cottage was very nice. Quiet, except for the noise of the heater fan. No Traffic. No loud noises from neighbors. The two things that people need to be aware of. The bed, while very comfortable, has no box spring therefore it is very low to the floor. This makes it hard for people with a disability to get in and out of. And the stair case is tricky. The steps are about 11 inches high and hard to navigate due to the turn at the bottom and the steepness and distance between the steps. But it is a nice place to stay."
