"Nurse Practitioner Josephat Mutahi is a joke. Made an appointment for my daughter online for a skin tag removal and a flu shot. Received an appointment confirmation that read skin condition. Assumed they would know in their system exactly what that skin condition was. They don't. My daughter wants to go in by herself, she's 18, I respected her request. She comes out and says they don't do skin tag removals here, but not before asking her to see it and then having a smirk on his face and says oh we can't do that here. First of all why would you ask to see it, if you can't even do the procedure. Weird, but whatever. So I go in to ask why put skin tags on the list of things they do, if they don't and why couldn't I atleast get a phone call saying they don't. But as I said, they don't see it on their end. Anyway, I go up to him and say "hi my daughter was just in here blah blah blah. Right away he's defensive and rude and says the reason for his demeanor is because "I came in here all tough" his exact words! I tell him I am not acting tough I am frustrated, we drove 30 minutes up here right after I got off work..he had a bunch of excuses and was very stand-offish. Goes on to say I've been doing this for 17 years and I love doing procedures. He's childish, cocky, unprofessional and has no compassion. They have a hospital bed, but no scissors lol. Unless you need vaccines, don't waste your time."

"I've been coming here to complete the requirements to be in a health care program(vaccines, tb test, etc) at my college. The nurses that work there are awesome! Super friendly and helpful. I've also had zero wait time with appointments. Very quick and simple. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews."

"Would suggest trying to get in at your normal doctor or asking to be put on their cancellation list… Went in for a physical for a healthy young adult athlete who performs all year. Was denied approval due to a “low heart rate of 39” that the American Heart Association says it is completely normal, especially for healthy athletes. Absolutely ridiculous. They also questioned him about not having an action plan for childhood Asthma that he grew out of was also a factor apparently… And is not even required! He has never had one in his entire life and it is something he outgrew."

"We had a great experience! We were treated right away, explained everything needed, pricing, etc. the practitioner was knowledgeable, kind, funny and ver professional. I’m would 100% return or refer this minute clinic. We went for a skateboarding camp physical ($69)."

"I don’t know I think this place is pretty good, I mean I take it for what it is it’s not like I’m going here for a primary care. I take my son here when there’s no appointments at the urgent care or his primary care physician for like an ear infection or skin rash. I’ve been here at least three times already very fast. Very efficient I mean sometimes you have to tell them what you would like done but that’s doctors all over the place now they don’t do anything for you. The whole medical field is like this. Take this place for what it is. It’s pretty good I like it and convenient."
