"Horrible! I had a surgery done. Couple days later, had some large bruising and continued pain. Tried contacting office multiple times over a 2 day span to try and get answers or if it was something I should be seen for, and all I got was being told to wait 24-48 hours for someone to contact me by their receptionist I can't believe I'm unable to get any kind of feedback of "whether it's normal give it a few days or not normal lets see you" for symptoms after a surgery. They are completely unhelpful and unable to provide any information after a surgery for days! It's now been 2 days trying to speak to someone and have yet to hear from a nurse or doctor. I woke up this morning with a lump and increased pain. I'll be going into urgent care because I can't get any help from the office that performed my surgery."

"First and foremost, they LOST the kidney stone that I brought them for testing. They were supposed to send it to the lab but it never left their office. It took me hearing nothing for three weeks and then going all the way down to their office TWO days in a row asking about my stone and my lab results for them to realize that it was never sent to the lab. The nurse said “it was probably destroyed”. This office has a serious communication problem."
