"Front office is unprofessional and rude to guests. I saw Lauren and she did not seem to care about my current situation or what I was in for. She asked minimal questions about my injury. I came in for a custom knee brace and she had told me I wasn’t qualified to be covered by insurance. Upon further research after cleaving she highlighted a portion where I. Would actually be covered but did not go over that portion with me. She had no problem telling me what the knee Brace would cost if I were to pay cash though. The staff here lacks empathy and professionalism to their guests, I will not be returning to this location."

"I have been trying to get an appt. for 3 weeks. 1st half the time no one answers the phone, 2nd, When they do answer they put you on hold forever. 3d, If you get there answering service, they still do not return your call.. 4th, they just say they are really busy, so why not get more help?? 5th I was told Randy needed to look over the material I had my Dr. fax to them, and I guess the 5 minutes it would take to look the papers over and decide if I could have an appt. takes too much of his time.6th. I have been going there for 5 years, but I guess that doesn't matter. This is an update to my post., At the end of the week 4, I had my Dr. fax my info to Washington Orthotics, which they got Friday afternoon, On Wed. they called to make an appt., I got an appt. for Friday , 3 days later. I went to said appt. was 15 min. early, Had the appt.right away. Was successful at getting shoes and orthotics , set up for a future time, 2 weeks later. The whole thing was over in 15 minutes. Now that is what I call good service. I will never go back to Hangers !!!!"

"Lack of compassion for their patients. Tiffany at the front desk is one of the least helpful people I’ve encountered. Asking for help due to a time sensitive need and she cannot be bothered. It’s truly sad that they do not want to help their patients."

"Paperwork administration is complete garbage. I had to hand carry my doctor's information there because they wouldn't check their fax machine. They wouldn't respond to my doctor's inquiries as to what they wanted when they requested unclear information. I stood there while my doctor faxed them information twice, and both times they claimed they never received anything. There was finally a response when my doctor came unglued on them over the phone. But the absolute worst? I PAID IN FULL TO THEIR CHICAGO PAYMENT CENTER, and their LOCAL OFFICE at this address (administration, remember?) turned me in for COLLECTIONS when I was completely paid up. In other words, whoever is in charge of paperwork there is a complete idiot. Doctors and technicians for the medical care are great. Medical equipment is great. Office management *undoes* every positive aspect of this facility. Seek out another Hanger Clinic office, or a different facility entirely. That office person, whoever they are, couldn't find their butt with both hands."
