"My friend got SEVERE FOOD POISONING from the scallops in her scallop risotto in the restaurant. I called, and they said the restaurant manager Mark would call me. He never did. Then two days later she went in, to make sure he at least threw out the rest of the scallops. He didn't seem to really care. He didn't seem surprised, either. (!) And he blamed Sysco, the food delivery company, but didn't say much else. Didn't offer to refund the food even. We will never go back. They say they have a chef back there but maybe it is just lazy short-order cooks, that don't check food dates. My friend got horribly sick. What kind of a business doesn't care about this??"

"Very rustic in design with a relaxing environment, I enjoyed my first night thus far. Near truck route and in industrial residential area so can be a little loud. The view is nice however and service is great with a lot of possibilities for entertainment and activities."

"My husband and I booked this hotel last minute when our pipes in our AirBnB froze. They booked us for two tonight’s in a king room with a fireplace and free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. The front desk staff were helpful and fun. I was able to book a last minute facial with Lauren and the spa was just across the courtyard and up the stairs. The sanctuary was peaceful and cozy, the steam room was a nice touch and the robes were very comfortable. My service was tailored to me and I quite enjoyed it. While we didn’t eat in the bistro, we definitely ordered room service from them! And WOW. We got to experience breakfast and a dinner (we stayed two nights) and both were excellent. With a pastry chef on staff you KNOW the breads will be fantastic. And each menu item prepared by chef Eli Cobb was delicious. Thoughtfully prepared and artfully served; the perfect temperature and texture in every bite. We didn’t actually think we would stay in the room much because the views from the room aren’t much to look at, BUT being right in the middle of downtown Anacortes was perfect. So what you sacrifice in views you make up for in accessibility to all the town has to offer. We walked everywhere and felt like we truly had a home base to come back to. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will be back!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Majestic. We had to urgently leave our home after a massive water heater leak. Majestic Inn and Spa to the rescue. There were two wonderful humans at the front desk who welcomed us with open arms and a beautiful room. The service was exceptional, and there was no small detail left unnoticed, even toys and treats were provided for our sweet dog. I was so impressed with everyone's warm demeanor- it felt like home away from home for the evening. Thank you all for your hospitality!"

"Quaint and cute local spa + hotel. I stayed one night during the week and had a pleasant enough experience. Parking was easy (behind the building), staff was relatively quick to check me in, room was clean and stocked, and I was offered the complimentary coffee to go with the rooms’ French press. The actual rooms definitely gave off a “local” inn vibe. While nice, they’re framed by the historic nature of the building. Bed was comfy, though the pillows were pretty flat. (Why is that a normal hotel issue anymore?) Anyway, very cute. Didn’t use spa services but would consider it in the future. Everything looked nice from afar. Same for the dining bistro. I’d likely stay again for the right price!"
