The Polyclinic - Tacoma

"I went to Dr Scherbarth for years and when he retired and they moved to the Polyclinic I have been unhappy. I’m having trouble getting a prescription refilled and when I called about the status of it the man was so rude I’m changing Doctors. The pharmacy said they called it in several times with no response. Now I’m without my medication that I need. It’s a mail order pharmacy so now I have to be without until it comes. I have to look forward to going through withdrawals until my medication gets here. I have issues getting refills in the past and this is the last time. What an awful experience."

"I love this clinic! Jen is my go to for keeping me on point, encouraged, and she LISTENS! Staff overall are super friendly and very helpful! LOVE that I can get my labs done right there too!"

"The staff are all very friendly. The clinic itself is not very inviting and in need of some up keep. I'm giving a one star because of the call center representatives, every time that I've called to make a appointment it seems like i get the run around, put you on hold for ever sometimes transfer you to someone else, are rude at times. I like the days when you could call and make an appointment and actually talked to someone right there in the office,now you call a call center and it's like pulling teeth and like I said they are sometimes very rude."

"I have been going here for many years before the clinic merged with the Polyclinic. The saving grace for this change was that Dr. Weatherby was still my doctor. Now that he has retired service has been very poor. It has been difficult to get an appointment when needed. Everytime I try to schedule an appointment it is 4 weeks or more that I have to wait to get in. Also problems getting prescriptions filled because the response is not timely. I am looking for a new place to go because in all the years I have been going here I have never had a problem getting seen or having my prescriptions filled."

"Clinic used to be an awesome reliable and responsible team of medical professionals. More recently the clinic has changed for many unexplained reasons. Clinic representatives are rude, talk over you, and are do not follow through on prescription refills and call backs. Oh where are the days of Dr. Weatherby and a medical team that truly cared about the health of their customers."
