"I love the doctors here! The reason for my rating is that there’s no way to make appointments online (or via email) and you will wait more than 30 minutes on hold when you call to make an appointment (almost every time). It’s truly awful. I’m currently on hold for 40 minutes to make a simple follow up appointment post-delivery. I honestly don’t understand how this is OK."

"Love this office, they’re all very friendly and helpful. I haven’t had long wait times in the waiting room so far, either. Making appointments here is the WORST, though. They don’t let you schedule in the office when you’re already there (there’s never been a line when I’ve been there) and instead make you go home and call in. I’m a forgetful pregnant lady and by the time I finally remember to call the doctors office I was just at, the appointments are all full - not to mention that they never answer the phones and I’m usually on hold for upwards of an hour. I find it a little ridiculous that we can’t just schedule while in the office. It’s the only thing holding me back from 5 stars. Edit: they just started letting us schedule in-office - It’s much easier now. I raised my rating."

"Whatever you do, avoid Kristin Covey. I have had positive experiences here in the past, but this doctor changed that for me. She ordered unnecessary bloodwork like a Vitamin D panel, Cholesterol panel, and Complete Blood panel. I already tan and take a Vitamin D supplement. I also am very active and have great vitals. As someone in their 30s with no health concerns, this is clearly not needed and wasteful. My biggest issue was she misled me into believing she would fill a prescription during a follow-up appointment, which was the sole reason for making the secondary appointment. I also had explained I am on a high deductible plan which means a lot out of pocket. This secondary visit alone ended up as a $240 out of pocket charge for me without the 30 day supply of the prescription I needed. Most doctors are paid as fee-for-service and that seems to be the case with her. I went through the process of contesting the charges, but the clinic denied my request. My insurance provider thought my case was reasonable. Swedish failed to notify me of their decision. I was asking for updates in a message on MyChart at least once or twice a month. The original appointment was in May and I finally confirmed it was denied in mid-September. I will be finding a new clinic after this experience."

"I've had such a good experience with Dr. Dunnam and Dr. Korinke. They have great bedside manner, were quick and gentle with the worst parts of the visit, and took time to walk me through my options while being clear I am in the driver's seat on my care. Hearing, "Your choice will always be respected here," from my provider meant so much. It really set the tone for my experience at this clinic and I'll always be thankful for the care I received."

"I want to acknowledge how professional and humane the employees here in Ballard OBGYN , I was lucky to meet.  Doctors and nurses walked with me through each step on the hardest procedure of my life. Everyone there is committed to working with the patient and walking through each step with care, compassion and clarity. I could not wish for better care, Thank You! I recommend this small location to my friends and family, they will take good care."
