"Please don't be fooled by the 1 star ratings- They are for the Concentra Urgent care, not the physical therapy- I recently had a shoulder injury and was sent here for physical therapy. It was a nice, clean and friendly atmosphere, with genuine people working that cared about your wellbeing and recovery. I personally got taken care of by Erica Montgomery and Jackie Shultz. Both ladies were excellent at what they do and I truly feel like they wanted to help me recover. Being injured sucks, but they made it enjoyable which really means a lot. I'd also like to point out that the rest of the staff are super sweet and helpful, including Jessica Truong and the receptionists. If you are needing physical therapy, I would highly recommend this place over anywhere else."

"They are slow with getting you back no matter how bad of a condition you’re in. And they lie on your medical documents and to lni. And god help you if you try and appeal a claim. Just watch out for things that are wrong on your paperwork or it might cost you a lot."
