"When I arrived the front desk was very rude . They were on there phones and I waited to be checked in almost 10 min staff did not seem to know what they were doing as they were struggling with getting checked in and then staff took a picture of my insurance card with cell phone I asked what they were doing and they ignored my question . The nurse and doctor did not put gloves on which is very unsanitary. The nurse kept putting on the blood pressure cup wrong they need to go over basics again I’m a home care aid and had to tell her how to do it . Doctor seemed as they had no interest in what I was saying and didn’t care . When I left the front desk asked what I needed and then was waiting to make a phone call appointment for tomroww for results and they called me sir which was very rude . They did not give me options for times tomroww just said here is the time of the appointment . Place was very dirty and wouldn’t not recommend to anyone . Only reason I went is was the only place that has an urgent care appointment where I don’t have to wait hours to get in . Floors on rooms were very dirty and window seals had degree in there . The walls had gaps at the top and you could next door and there we no privacy"

"This place was okay for a while. I used to take my infant here all the time and then started taking my second child here as well they are both under 2 and now they just all of a sudden call me everytime .. like 10 minutes before their appointment and say “we don’t see children under 3” why is really annoying because 1. I have 2 kids I just got ready for the doctor and you’re calling 10 minutes before their appointment 2. I’ve taken them PLENTY of times before and neither of them are even 3 yet. I don’t know, personally I preferred this place because I never had to wait and they were so sweet but within the past year it’s just gone so down hill."

"Thomas Weisenberg is a god amongst men in the world of doctors (or in MY world of doctors I have met so far). Very kind, receptive, & for the first time ever a doctor I didn’t have to convince with hundreds of sheets worth of NCBI/NIH research papers like I have had to with other doctors. That guy is so freaking cool, full stop; I just have to let the world know. Told him I didn’t want to take antidepressants or antipsychotics for my anxiety (MOST doctors have incessantly tried to shove them down my throat) & he even tempered my “book-smart” expectations about other classes of medications typically prescribed for panic attacks based on my current medical history —It really shed better light on my situation. Thanks again to everyone here, at 26 it was pretty nice to finally not be told to just exercise & meditate again (especially when I already do that)"

"There was a long wait and I went in early in the morning. All medical clinics typically have a long wait, even when there isn't anyone or very little people in the waiting room. The staff was helpful and informative. Took care of me when there were no other openings at Best buy urgent cares."
