The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful and Dr Spencer was so gracious to explain in detail why I might be having the symptoms I do and the method of treatment. Thank you to the whole staff for being so helpful and patient as I came in just before closing. I’ve never had a more positive (and quick!) urgent care experience!"

"4yo started complaining of ear ache. Called in at 3:24pm on a Friday to be put into the waiting cue, received a call back sooner than expected at 5:29pm, and was discharged around 6:40. The nurse was excellent, super friendly (naturally friendly, not the forced customer service kind) and funny even after my son projectile vomited all over the room following a throat swab. Dr. Cobb came in after, his presence was very calming and he's very informative. Really lovely staff. This was my second time at this facility this month, and both were very positive experiences."

"This is a great place to see a doctor when you have a quick, emergent need. I was able to check-in and be sent home to wait. It was late on a holiday, so they were up front that I may not be seen today. I did get seen and was notified via text to come back for the appointment. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They even made me a coffee while I waited to see the doctor. Doctor was kind and quick. They got me the help I needed and sent me home. I’m sure I’ll owe more, but a $30 co-pay wasn’t terrible and hopefully I’ll be feeling better soon."

Very caring and kind. She was very detailed oriented and I felt that she listened to what I had to tell her. Great experience!!"
