"The front office staff is lovely; however, I had to have my orthotics reshaped. Scott helped me and was extremely frustrated when they didn’t fit right. He yelled at me that it would take over an hour and slammed the door so hard that something fell off the counter. He wanted me to reschedule and come back, even though I had taken the day off work and made the appointment BECAUSE they didn’t fit right (?). I don’t understand how this was even a surprise. He was honestly so angry that he was shaking and I felt scared. I’ll find a new provider."

"Dr. Kenneth Chin was very articulate and communicated to us through all the questions that we had throughout the whole process. Reaching him was also easy post-surgery and he got all our questions answers. This was my friend’s first ankle surgery and we were really worried so we did had a TON of questions. Will reccommend the clinic to anyone with sports injury!"

"Dr. Storey was probably the least caring doctor that I’ve ever been seen by. He didn’t spend more than 5 minutes looking at me and hearing about my wrist problems. He simply referred me to a hand therapist, but acted completely disinterested during the entire 5 minutes that he was seeing me. The front desk is great, but avoid this doctor."

"I saw Dr. Kim today for some issues I have been having with my foot. He's extremely kind, informative, and just overall a genuine person. He made sure that I understood what he was explaining at all times, it was very educational. I was able to get an x-ray in the middle of the appointment which was convenient. The x-ray technician was also very kind and was jumping to make sure I didn't fall getting my socks on, I could tell she takes patient falls and safety seriously. As someone who also works in healthcare, I can appreciate that. Really great experience overall. Thank you! Warning: I tried to call this clinic to set up an appointment and the call was intercepted by spam callers. According to others I've spoke to on the incident this is a new method spammers have been using now days so please be cautious of any red flags when calling this or any clinic."

"Dr Johnson is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my surgery. I was going to have my foot/tendon surgery from my orthopedic surgeon, until I got kind of uncomfortable with how he spoke about the surgery, as if he had never done it before, and someone I knew had recommended Dr Johnson. Seriously a world of difference just from my first visit with her. She knew exactly what my problem was and had done several of the surgeries before, and immediately knew what my foot type was, etc. I immediately felt much more comfortable in her care. She is very professional but sincerely listens to my concerns and is always very reassuring. Especially when it came to surgery day, it was a big operation (for me at least), and I always felt like I was in good hands. Recovery was a bumpy road physically, but Dr Johnson and her MA Tara were *always* caring. Sometimes there are mix ups on the office end of things but they are always resolved and aren't too big of a deal. I genuinely feel that Dr Johnson has a remarkable amount of expertise in this field, and if you have some serious foot or ankle issues, or are thinking of surgery, I absolutely recommend her. I am very shocked at the negative reviews of this clinic, (although they are almost all about office staff or other doctors), I have literally never had a bad experience here. Seriously, Dr Johnson fixed a chronic and very painful condition in my foot and I would not have trusted anyone else to do it."
