"I have been here four times now for numerous primary care concerns. I haven’t had health insurance for most of my adult life and whenever I even considered taking it on I was met with a million barricades, condescension and neglect. In these few visits my personal health has been empowered by the respect and treatment by Dr. Harvill, Danielle, Gigi, Dr. Corrine and the whole team here. Other places have often felt like the medical professionals couldn’t wait to end the appointment and were just hurriedly moving down the list for the day but here I really feel heard, seen and graciously included in the community. I love it."

"Horrible mis-handling of my partner's dental care. Avoid this clinic and especially Dr. Malik. They mis-scheduled our appointments (you can't actually do a cleaning right after a tooth extraction), then Dr. Malik refused to acknowledge the way that my partner's teeth were directly impacting their quality of life and instead made it about how "this didn't happen overnight"; absolutely no thought or care was given to how their life circumstances up to this point hadn't allowed for them to recieve proper dental care. Dr. Malik was unempathetic and, in my opinion, not ethical in her care---she wasted my partner's time while they are in debilitating pain from these teeth, by making them wait weeks for an appointment where it was unclear which teeth were being removed, only to reveal that she was only removing the one that WASN'T a problem and wanted them to wait a few more weeks to do a cleaning before getting the PAINFUL ones removed. She didn't bother referring them to an oral surgeon (which she knew from the first appointment was necessary) until after she'd done this unimportant extraction herself, for some reason. I also tried calling the clinic THREE times prior to the appointment to confirm what procedures were being done at this appointment and what prep we needed to do for them, and when I attempted to reach the dental department, I was directed once to a voice-mail (never called back), once to a receptionist who had no idea how to help me, and once to, and I do wish this was a joke, their behavioral health line. Their treatment of me and my partner was unacceptable and we will not be returning."

"Showed up 15 minutes late and got turned away for life-saving care. Their receptionists didn't answer the phone for almost an hour before this. What a joke. This clinic shames those it represents and the receptionists are inadequate."
