"Update after 2 years with this clinic: My entire family goes here now and between wellness checkups and sick visits, we have been seen by every provider at this clinic at some point. The doctors, ARNPs and nurses here are ALL top notch, and the front desk staff are wonderful and organized. My family has only ever had extremely well supported experiences with the providers in Eatonville. Eatonville is the first small town in which I have had a PCP; and I used to believe you could only get quality medical care at major large-city facilities. This group of medical providers has proven that bias wrong in spades. They are all very smart, kind, patient, and responsive. They keep us safe with data-driven, evidence-based care. They listen to our experiences and are always on our team in choosing the best course of action when something is needed. It is clear that they also support one another which has the effect of making their patients better supported. I can’t imagine switching anywhere in else. Every time I interact with Diane I feel incredibly lucky my family has her as our primary care provider. ————————- We feel so lucky to have our kids under the care of Diane. She clearly loves kids, is kind, intelligent, and an excellent educator. She found a simple over the counter solution to my son’s stomach aches that his previous pediatrician kept dismissing - he hasn’t complained since she pinpointed the issue 5 months ago. My almost-3-year old daughter adores Diane and “Dr. Gloria” and gets jealous when someone else needs to go to the doctor’s office without her - because she wants to see Diane. We would like to thank Dr. Lowe, who came in for a brief moment when my son was getting shots a few months ago and whose sweet calming spirit made it easier for the nurses to finish giving the shots. I feel so lucky to have an excellent group of PCP providers nearby - the care we have received since initiating care has far exceeded care our family has received at other establishments."
"Condesending Doc. I prefer a female doc. No comparison"
"Went to take my minor child to the Dr appointment and was told that because I didn't have someone to watch my 3 other young children so we were denied care and told we could reschedule but I still don't have a daycare provider no matter how many times I reschedule. Just can't believe multicare is ok with denying care to a minor child."
"This summer tried 6 times to get my son in and had to go to spanaway urgent care to get him seen. Called this Monday was told would get return call. No call Monday, at 4 on the still no call, so called again, and was told I would get call back no return call till we, then on phone for one hour, still couldn't get to talk to office till I said he has been bleeding for three days, then when I did get ahold of office, they would not set appointment to remove blood mole, they want to see him again, when they saw him one week ago, and said if he had more trouble with it they would remove it. So now pull him from school so that they can look at it agian. This is a waste of time, money. It is a joke, you can't even call the office to talk to someone because they treat you like a third rate person. Why have a provider that can never see you."
