"Waiting is so long.If you walk in see doctor good luck and you should take day off because it is half day to spend time here. I came 8:15am and front desk is awesome to taking care of quickly but i waited lobby to see doctor 2 hours now i am waiting to in room see doctor pass more than 20 minutes which is they said 5 minutes."

"Went from having the best doctor of my life to one that just writes referrals and orders tests. I have lost almost a year of my life trying to get proper care. I'd say go somewhere else, but it seems that you may not have a choice in finding anywhere in Washington right now.. The office staff are really quite pleasant. As are the lab techs. Unfortunately, that's not enough. My doctor moved away and suddenly now I need specialists to treat every problem because this one took me off the one medication that ever worked for me, that took 15+ years of trying everything else to figure out. She decides that 2 days after my mother dies, in my first appointment with her, she should begin pressuring me to go off of it. Sure enough, I went off it, and then began having constant health problems. Asthma attacks, chest pain, muscle spasms, purple toes, headaches, head sores, nasal sores, digestive problems, excruciating pain. In the ER every week. This is healthcare, but she has neither health nor care to give me. But if I need a referral to someone else, no worries. *I could go to virtual urgent care for referrals by the way. Why even have a primary care provider? She comes off well meaning, but "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" really applies here."

"This is by far the worst clinic I've ever experienced in my adult life. Receptionists were fantastic! Ugh love you guys. The Nurses have been rude and unhelpful. My wife and I both feel mistreated and unimportant, and used as an appt filler to make money over helping us with our needs. I'm bummed. Best of luck but I'd advise you to never go there."
