"They got me in at short notice, took Carr of my abscess tooth, we're very professional."
"IF I could give NEGATIVE -10, I would! Dr. Warner is horrible provider and her follow through is piss poor. My brother had a TBI so I am assisting him with care and AFTER her consult she advised us to send his FLMA paperwork to her and then she is silent after many calls emails it almost 30 days of nothing and his job is on the line we show back up to the clinic on a Friday to get things resolved. Everyone is confused and nobody can help and of course the DR Warner is not available. Monday we received a Voicemail advising us we need to have his therapist completed the forms that he seen 3 weeks prior. WHY did she tell us one thing then later very different?? HORRIBLE PLACE FOR CARE!"

Not only was she great at being thourough, but I got the feeling that she really cares about people. Doctors like Sharon truly embody the positive side of medicine. I love seeing people that take the time to give genuinely."
"Had an appointment at 7. Came in at 7:05, waited in line for about five minutes because the receptionist decided to have a personal conversation with her co-worker, then answer the phone shortly after that, all while I was waiting. Then after I walk up to the counter at 7-Eleven she tells me that I miss the 10-minute window and then I have to cancel an appointment I waited over a month to get. The ladies desk was the first one to the right when you entered the office. Shame on her and her unprofessionalism. Your job is a receptionist is to receive anyone who comes in. The second I walk in your personal discussion with your coworker and supposed to end."
"Making an appointment alone is diffiucult because the front desk will keep you on hold FOREVER and then hang up on you multiple times. I was having severe asthma problems and was very sick. I knew all I needed was the nebulizer and to get an inhaler but they kept hanging up on me to the point where I had to goto the hospital. This has happened multiple times. Never going back to this location."
