"The child birth classes are amazing! This was my first pregnancy and I used to be terrified of labor and delivery but the classes made me feel so confident and at peace about labor. I just gave birth to this baby a few weeks ago and was completely at peace in labor. Because of CareNet’s child birth classes, I knew what was going on throughout the whole labor and delivery experience and nothing came as a shock to me. I was lucky enough to have one on one classes with a certified child birth educator. She made the class so personalized to me, my pregnancy, and my birth plan. At the same time, she educated me on all my options, which really helped me in labor when the labor plan changed. I was completely at peace leading up to and during labor. (It was still painful, but there was not the fear or anxiety that came with it). The classes were also very helpful for my husband to learn how to support me in labor. The child birth class was completely free. I highly recommend this class to any pregnant woman! Care Nets other resources are also super great!"
