"They deserve a 0 star rating at the best. The absolute worst care possible. They are the most incompetent, untrained, useless, rude, disrespectful, worthless providers that could be found. I cannot understand how they have any licenses to provide any type of care. If it was not mandated by the Army to be seen here I wouldn't. Getting advice for coping with behavioral health problems is more effective coming from an app than them. They don't follow through with a single thing that they tell you to do and have absolutely no accountability for failing to do thier jobs. I literally could not think of a single positive thing to say about this entire facility and all of its staff. They should remove all of the employees and hire providers capable of doing thier jobs. Somehow they lower the bar and are worse with every single interaction that I have with them. Absolutely pathetic from bottom to top, these people deserve the worst. I hope they receive care as pathetic as thier own and it ruins thier lives."
