"Don't expect them to answer their phones. They will not."
"Phone is never answered, working with the medical staff there, including the PA-C’s is like working with the 3-stooges. They are typically ill-informed and can’t be bothered to do their homework prior to visits. They most recently cancelled my husbands “Urgent” referral without first looking at his very recent MRI’s. He’s in severe pain and they can’t even be bothered to look at MRI’s before they make decisions. This is one of the worst orthopedic clinics we’ve dealt with in the 20 years my husband has served. They would rather risk the long term health of my husband than they would spending a few minutes to read his medical history. Not amused and I most certainly will be contacting our congressman’s office."
"No body answers the phone when you call and push button 2, a message comes out "Nobody is here". When you push one for appt you get sent to the tricare appt line. Very very ........ not good."
