"Usually the doctor is nice and professional, but the receptionist is very rude. Accused me of cursing at her when I merely asked if they kept my X-rays on file, didn't even seem like she was listening to me at all, complete lack of customer care or conflict resolution/de-escalation. She only upset me more and more for every second of an all but one minute call before hanging up the phone on me after I had been waiting FOREVER for her to pick up in the first place. Didn't even tell me her name or introduce herself. No courtesy to ask me how I'm doing or anything. Just right away asked me for my birthdate and personal information the second she FINALLY picked up and was extremely rude from start to finish even hostile towards the end right before she hung up on me. Tried calling back to speak with anyone else and the call didn't even pick up. Went straight to voicemail. Pretty sure this person deliberately declined the call. Been coming here since 2019 and noticed how most of the good reviews on this place are several years old. That's probably because that's how long it's been since anyone had good things to say about this place. Love that it is affordable and all and the doctors at least know what they are doing but as far as the reception care, courtesy, and general call area it has definitely declined over time. Was great when I first started coming here...but it's gotten really bad now at this point."

"Been coming here for years. Always had amazing experience’s with them. Up until recently the new receptionists in the family clinic have had me on hold for hours. The first person I was able to get through to told me to check my pharmacy again because it was “highly unlikely” the mistake came from their office. Then sat on hold for another 2 hours to have someone tell me they’ll call me back and never call back. I had an appointment last week on Friday and I have been waiting for my medication since then. I miss the old receptionist staff. They were much more helpful."

"I've never been to their medical clinic, but I've gone to the dental clinic for years. From the very first time I ever set foot in there, I was always treated with dignity and respect. The dentist, Dr. Davidson is one of the best dentists I've ever had in my life. He is always super careful, super gentle, and always addresses any concerns or questions I have. There were many times I've gone in there and he's done before I even realized he's started! And I often fall asleep to the sound of the drill, because I definitely don't feel anything. There used to be another dentist here, a guy with dreadlocks, but I guess he doesn't work here anymore. He was really good, also. My only complaint is that Robbie, the receptionist, moved upstairs into the medical clinic!!! I used to love coming into the dentist just to talk to him!!"

"Staff here are awesome. Everyone I've encountered here from the receptionists and clerks to the nurses and doctors shows respect and compassion. My only complaint is that the parking lot (though always practically empty) is reserved for employees, and security is a bit over zealous when it comes to enforcing this rule. But my visits here are always quick, simple and stress-free."
